GUIDELINES for Contributed Talks

Contributions

Contributions to the Meeting are given by oral presentations. The official language is English. Each oral presentation has a 25-minute time slot, including 5 minutes for questions. The abstracts of all contributions are due before January 15 2026, according to the instructions given below.

Abstract preparation instructions

Abstract submissions should reach the Secretariat via the online registration form no later than January 15, 2026.

By submitting an abstract, the authors agree to its publication in the Book of Abstracts and at the meeting web site.

The abstract should not exceed 1 page of size A4 and must be presented in LaTeX style form (.tex) by filling a specially designed template.
