Numerical Analysis Laboratory
The Numerical Analysis Laboratory supports internships, bachelor’s and master’s theses, and PhD research activities in Mathematics and Computer Science. Its work focuses on the study, analysis, and application of Numerical Analysis methodologies to evolution problems, differential and integral equations, stochastic models, digital image processing, and highly oscillatory problems.
The laboratory offers study workstations, desktop computers for mathematical software development and thesis writing, access to scientific literature and bibliographic resources, as well as whiteboards and a video projector for seminars and collaborative activities.
